Each product is handcrafted with care, designed and made individually according to the details provided by the client.
Because every piece is custom-made and made to order, minor variations in color, shape, or details may occur — this is part of the handmade process and not considered a defect.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of these items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the creation process has started or the item has been shipped.
3. Payments and Security
All payments are securely processed through PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the complexity of each piece.
You will receive an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.
Once shipped, AlienCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
