Shipping & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AlienCrafts.
Each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail, which means production and shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
1. Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible once payment is confirmed.
Production time varies depending on the design, materials, and order queue.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs inspections.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
AlienCrafts cannot predict or control these costs and will not be held responsible for any delays or charges resulting from customs procedures.
2. Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at aliencrafts.sales@gmail.com.
Changes can only be made while the order is still being processed.
Once work has started or the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the creation process has begun or after shipment.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aliencrafts.sales@gmail.com, including photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a fair solution.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
AlienCrafts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
However, if your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
